- the Meadows is a vibrant and diverse residential service accommodating 14 adults
- someone who wants to make a positive contribution to the lives of people with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and other complex needs
- you will need experience of working within a mental health/ challenging behaviour social care service
