- at least two years of successful project management experience within a mental health or VAWG setting, including monitoring, evaluation and reporting
- experience of commissioning, designing and facilitating community workshops
- experience in handling and reporting on safeguarding issues in relation to violence against women and mental health
- experience of supporting or coordinating volunteers, including Experts by Experience
- excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills with a variety of service users and stakeholders
- experience of working with minoritised or deprived groups with multiple barriers and limited access to counselling or mental health support
- demonstrable commitment to the spirit and practice of Equality & Inclusion within mental health and wellbeing services
- knowledge of a suitable CRM or database for effective community project management
