- you will report to the financial controller
- maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software
- process and record all financial transactions, including manual/ad-hoc and repeating invoices
- manage accounts payable and receivable
- reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency with financial records
- prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
Requirements
- xero certification or extensive training in Xero
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a business to business/services environment
- proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential
- strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information
- strong organisational and time-management skills
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written
