Responsibility
- the Granary Day Nursery is looking to recruit an enthusiastic cook to join the team
- to work closely with Manager, and Nursery Staff in preparing and altering menu’s accordingly
- ensuring all dietary requirements are recorded and met daily
- adhering to all Nursery policies and procedures
- duties include to work as a member of the nursery team, showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages the children’s all round development and where high standards of care are provided
- you must have previous experience in preparing home cooked meals from fresh ingredients. You must also be confident with adapting meals to suit allergies and cultural beliefs
- participate in all self-development activities, including appraisals
- develop positive relationships with other staff working within the Nursery
