- mobile Tech working from Northwest Region
- you will report into our North West Service Centres
- we are looking for someone who can work well both as a team and on their own
- job Type: Full-time
- someone who can accurately diagnose faults and where possible make repairs
- as you will be representing The Mansfield Group you will need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills
- in return we will provide you with a fully equipped vehicle, uniform, company phone and IVR training at our academy
- as one of our Roadside Technicians you will be working in a fast paced ever changing working environment attending vehicle breakdowns, assisting our customers in getting them back on the road
Requirements
- experience within the recovery industry desirable but not essential
- excellent diagnostic skills
- experiences with LCV and HGV Vehicles
- full valid driving licence with category B preferred
- thrives under pressure
- ability to be flexible with shifts
- excellent communication skills and a desire to assist customers who need assistance
- excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
