Responsibility
- training new team members and ensuring they have everything they need and are looked after
- support with engaging, training, leading and inspiring the housekeeping team
- assign duties to workers and inspect rooms to ensure compliance with our luxury standards. Checking rooms and public areas of the hotel
- ensuring a high level of communication between Housekeeping and all the other departments within the hotel, including reporting any maintenance issues as and when needed
