THE MAILING ROOM is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • taking ownership for end-to-end process, from receipt of customer order through to supply and invoicing
  • maintaining our bespoke Customer Relationship Management system with updates and all associated logs to ensure accurate reporting activity
  • working towards rewarding monthly targets and expectations by providing a first-class experience to our internal and external customers
  • support and maintain The Mailing Room Values
  • delivering a minimum of 50 calls per day by contacting our existing customer base to sell ancillary products, such as Ink and labels
  • the ability to identify upsell opportunities to work in collaboration with the Sales teams on defining strategies to increase customer consumable spend
