Requirements
- A track record of operational planning and consistent delivery of SOPs, including management and delivery of statutory COSHH, Health and Safety and food hygiene compliance and regulatory tasks
- experience / Accreditation: NVQ Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery with Team Coaching & Mentoring
