Responsibility
- an exciting role of Spa Receptionist has arisen at The Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel
- the hours of work are on a shift basis with the requirements to work shifts at weekends
- working as part of a team and reporting to the Health, Beauty and Fitness Manager, your responsibilities will include undertaking a range of administrative tasks as well as taking bookings for treatments
- in addition the role involves cashiering, selling products, Spa memberships and conducting show rounds for guests around the Spa amongst other duties
- the ideal candidate will have an interest in a health and beauty environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and be able to provide customer service to the highest level
- the Lowry Hotel’s service Brand Pillars of ‘Iconic’, ‘Individual’ and ‘Intuitive’ service delivery are key attributes to all candidates for this role
