To develop the Food offering available.RequirementsYou must be able to:- self manage, motivate and manage a kitchen without supervision.- have a good working knowledge of SFBB.- have very high personal hygiene standards.- create your own daily specials.- good knowledge of food ordering and food GP's- be a team player, friendly with good customer service- be able to work alone in the kitchen- be flexible- work in a hygienic manner at all timesPlease send in your CV.Experience:Chef/Cook: 2 years (Required)Food Hygiene certificate Level 2.Job Duties:Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerOperate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standardsAssist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipmentRestock items as needed throughout the shiftAdhere to all food hygiene & safety standardsAdditional Duties:Menu planningHome BakingRecording food temperaturesOccasional Serving at The serveryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £12.00 per hourBenefits:Discounted or free foodOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Chef/Cook: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
