  • have a good working knowledge of SFBB
  • have very high personal hygiene standards
  • food Hygiene certificate Level 2
  • create your own daily specials
  • good knowledge of food ordering and food GP's
  • be a team player, friendly with good customer service
  • be able to work alone in the kitchen

Responsibility

  • maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
