THE LONDON POLICING COLLEGE is looking for employees for positions:

office administrator

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • general Office management
  • act as a first point of contact for enquiries to LPC
  • manage emails to London Policing account
  • act as the liaison with the LPC Teaching Team and Associate Academic Team and assist with the management of work flow
  • assist with resourcing teaching timetables
  • develop good relationships with stakeholders, particularly contract holders- and associates
  • diary management
  • general finance tasks including creation of purchase orders and receipt of invoices

Requirements

  • must have strong organisational skills, flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and able to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels and with all nationalities
  • excellent knowledge of Sharepoint
  • able to work under pressure with high attention to detail
  • able to operate with minimal supervision – solutions-focused
  • project Management experience would be an advantage
  • must be proactive, confident, self-driven, with the ability to use own initiative
  • previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
