Received a text message saying that we had a very late invoice, which i thought was already paid. That was the first message I had received and apparently others had gone to my husband who was going through cancer treatment. I replied straight away on the day and noticed a late charge of 40% for a £100 bill. When queried, I was told I was a bad debtor, and messages had been sent to my husband. Even though i responded within minutes of receiving mine, explained the mistake, sick husband, i was informed that i needed to pay the full late payment charge too, they wouldn't split it in half for a genuine oversight. Very rude person that i dealt with, and awful customer care.
On top of that, the treatment we received for our chickens was incorrect. They were all given full antibiotics, and we had a chicken specialist visit a week later as they still weren't right. We were told the chickens shouldn't have had the AntiB and was an over the top, plus incorrect course of action for them. Not a great experience all around sadly :-(
