Responsibility
- to manage a small team of staff to ensure that your room runs efficiently
- to ensure that the individual care needs of children are met and that children are supported in self care
- to plan and implement a program of play reflective of children's developmental needs and interests
- to maintain a safe and secure environment
- to liaise with other Supervisors for the smooth transition for children moving to Toddler Room
- to ensure all practice reflects the statutory and curriculum guidelines
- to liaise with management and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is on offer
- to observe and record children's development in addition to daily tasks on our parenting app
