  • to manage a small team of staff to ensure that your room runs efficiently
  • to ensure that the individual care needs of children are met and that children are supported in self care
  • to plan and implement a program of play reflective of children's developmental needs and interests
  • to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • to liaise with other Supervisors for the smooth transition for children moving to Toddler Room
  • to ensure all practice reflects the statutory and curriculum guidelines
  • to liaise with management and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is on offer
  • to observe and record children's development in addition to daily tasks on our parenting app
