- we specialise in crafting unique cocktails, offering a wide selection of craft beers, wine, and an extensive library of spirits
- leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional performance
- managing, training, and developing staff to ensure excellent service at all times
- taking a hands-on approach, leading by example and working alongside the team
- our passion for molecular mixology drives us to constantly push the boundaries of cocktail creation in Shropshire, resulting in our innovative Chemical Reaction concoctions
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving results
- full retention of cash and card tips
- meticulous attention to detail
- complimentary 24/7 parking pass for Southwater car park
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly
- opportunity to contribute to the development of our menu
- strong communication skills to inspire and lead the team, as well as provide exceptional service to our guests
