Responsibility
- maintaining all Non-Kitchen appliances are in full clean working order
- manage the relevant POS, booking and review platforms: , Till uploads and updates
- outside catering management and organisation
- monitor Customer Reviews and meet customer feedback targets
- alcohol is logged on the stock system and managed effectively through the system to manage waste and loss
- overseeing Events, Master of Ceremonies for Weddings, conferences, corporate events, and alternative revenue streams. Table planning
- ensure food leaving the kitchen is well presented
