Requirements

  • previous supervisory experience
  • A sound operating knowledge of business systems, for example, Fourth Hospitality, FnB, Compliance Centre, Vista, Projection
  • comprehensive knowledge on Food Safety, Health and Safety and licencing laws and regulations
  • comprehensive knowledge of company products, procedures and policies
  • demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional guest-service
  • good numerical skills and commercial mindset
  • experience managing in a high quality restaurant
  • A real 'foodie' with a passion for hospitality and an understanding of working with fresh produce
