THE LAWN SERVICED ACCOMMODATION is looking for employees for positions:
maintenance technician
Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance on properties such as light plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting and gardening
- perform routine repairs on all facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed
- ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner
- ensure that work is performed in a professional manner while maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- assisting with all legislative requirements eg health and safety and fire prevention etc
- use required equipment and supplies
- at least 1 years maintenance experience
Requirements
- minimum of one year of experience in similar role
- 20-30 hours per week, must be flexible with timings
- £12 per hour with own car
- £15 per hour with own van
- mileage will be paid on top of hourly rate
- must possess the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers while maintaining positive customer relationships, have the ability to prioritise tasks, be able to follow through on scheduled jobs, the ability to manage time effectively, have good problem solving skills, have effective interpersonal skills, be self-directed, have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently
