- maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and hotel policies
Requirements
- proven background within a similar 5* luxury hospitality environment, ideally within a similar role or as a Head Pastry Chef
- being innovative and committed with a passion for food, ingredients and customer satisfaction
- high quality and consistency with a positive and professional attitude
- proven and essential experience in Italian cuisine
- manage and support the kitchen team
- have excellent organisation skills
- be a team player/ team leader
- work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
