  • \* Driving improved service standards and guest satisfaction levels
  • \* Maximising sales & revenue within the business
  • \* Controlling food & wet costs, purchasing & margins
  • \* Recruiting & training your team
  • \* Ensuring all food & drinks are delivered to the agreed specification
  • the role is advertised on a 5 day per week basis. The hours of work wil be approx 48 per week and there is an expectation that candidates will work weekends and evenings in line with the business trading pattern
