Responsibility
- we are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team
- ensure all ingredients and utensils are properly stored and readily available for use
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and freshness
- as a Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of our experienced chefs, assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes

Requirements
- basic knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- passion for food and a genuine interest in the culinary arts
- strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant culinary role is preferred, but not required. Culinary school graduates or individuals currently pursuing culinary education will also be considered
- physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
