• ensure Weekly Admin such as stock takes, rotas and ordering has been completed
• numeracy, administrative and financial skills in order to manage multiple budgets and forecasts
• an excellent eye for detail, with an understanding of customer expectations and a desire to exceed them
• strong organisational and time management skills
• recruit, train, and induct members of the team whilst leading from the front, developing a great place to work for your teams through positive, personable, and inspiring leadership
• energetic and passionate, you will be the team's go-to contact during live events
• you'll drive to meet the expectations of every P&L and take ownership of the outlets and events as if they were your own
