- help to lead and prioritise the Service Desk Support team
- act as resource to the rest of the team for rapid decisions and direction
- help to coordinate escalations

- generate, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- negotiate sales opportunities and close agreements to maximise profits
- A fast paced and rapidly growing business who are currently focussing on expanding presence of their IT Managed Services throughout the SME market are currently looking to appoint an IT Service Delivery Manager who will take charge of forging strong relationships with new clients and engaging with key business leaders and stakeholders

Requirements
- experience of infrastructure delivery in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of Networks, Routers, Firewalls and Wi-Fi
- A good understanding of MS Windows Server, O365, Exchange
- commercially astute, with excellent customer service skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- full UK driving license and your own car
- you must be eligible to work in the UK
- IT support: 1 year
