Responsibility
- provide leadership and direction to all employees to enable them to fulfil their responsibilities
- develop a culture of excellence throughout the organisation
- ensure the development of good working relationships with the Charity Commission, accountants and lawyers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- work with the Trustees to ensure the Strategic plan is developed and implemented
- drive the promotion of The Isaiah Project and its mission through social media, newsletters, personal contacts and any other appropriate means
- provide support to the Director of The Isaiah Project Limited as required
- ensure a robust Health & Safety practice is outworked through all aspects of the Isaiah Project’s operations and embedded into the working culture for staff and volunteers
- undertake Human Resources responsibilities
