Responsibility
- the Venue is a well-established, seafront venue in Thornton – Cleveleys just outside Blackpool with spectacular views across the Irish Sea
- this is an exciting opportunity for an applicant who is serious about developing their skills and contributing to a committed team
- A calm, professional and team player attitude is essential
- with a fabulous restaurant and bar area on the main floor, a bright and airy restaurant/function suite above and an amazing sound to light function suite on the lower floor
- we are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work alongside an established team to help further develop the dining offer and events we host
- there is an opportunity to make your mark and be part of an award-winning team
- we also cater for 100's of functions each year which includes; Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Christenings and anything else that calls for a celebration
Requirements
- we are looking for someone who is reliable and dependable, takes pride in the presentation of their working environments and themselves
- the ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role and ideally have worked within a quality restaurant and/or run functions
- who cares about providing an excellent customer and colleague experience by delivering the detail, always looking to help, support and develop the team, is positive, friendly and efficient and enjoys working as one big team to achieve the goals
- restaurant: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
- as a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all drinks and products are presented to our high standards.You will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products
