Responsibility

  • general carpentry such as new locks, fixing window frames, assembling/fixing furniture, replacing handles and similar hardware
  • general tiling - floors / walls along with carpet tiles and floor work
  • general painting & decorating and basic craftsmanship
  • identifying hazards, defects and the need for adjustment and repair to all elements of our site including equipment, buildings, and framework
  • ensure work is carried out to correct procedures whilst following Health & Safety guidance set through company policies and cline managers
  • immediately report any problems/defects or failures that may impact facilities
  • work to specified times to ensure work is complete to the needs of the business
  • upkeep, reporting and maintenance of equipment and tools in use for work
