- we are looking for a Catering Operations Manager to support the direction of the Catering and Retail Service department at the House of Lords
- this is an exciting position where you will be involved in managing and development of the team whilst leading from the front
- the Catering and Retail Service is a specialised team working on site at Parliament providing catering services across ten catering outlets, including both formal and informal dining, bars, and a gift shop
- you will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers a consistently high level of both food quality and service standards, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to identify and meet the changing demands of our patrons
- this is an opportunity for someone that wants to lead managers in achieving operational and financial objectives, along with motivating and inspiring the teams to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner
