  • minimum two years experience of residential property inspections using the HHSRS methodology
  • HHSRS Qualified
  • awareness of Environmental Health legislation in a Local Authority context
  • full drivers licence and own transport
  • willingness to work from home as required
  • willingness to work flexible hours as required

Responsibility

  • the Home Safe Scheme adheres to all Government and Local Authority guidance when delivering its service using a risk based assessment system when conducting its inspections
  • conducting property inspections using a template agreed with Great Yarmouth Borough Council
