Responsibility
- greet patients with a welcoming manner
- contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email professionally
- assist dental nurse and practitioners as needed
- professional, friendly and well presented with outstanding customer service
- patient Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, explaining treatments and managing appointments
- assisting the Dental Team: Occasionally assist the dental team with nursing tasks, giving you valuable clinical exposure
- close Collaboration: Work alongside the Principal Dentist, keeping them informed of patient updates and clinic operations
Requirements
- GDC registration/dental nurse qualification/Trainee Dental Nurse and previous dental experience is essential
- valid GDC registration/dental nurse qualification and previous dental experience is essential
- dental nursing experience. Be able to help with dental nursing when required however mainly reception based
- computer literate
- working closely with the Principal Dentist and providing regular updates
- be able to provide references
- nursing: 1 year
- dental assisting: 1 year
