Responsibility
- you will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive IG strategy
- we’re looking for a talented Individual Giving Manager passionate about generating income to support the growth of a huge new forest – a national asset for the benefit of people, wildlife, and the environment
- joining the engagement team at an exciting time of development and growth for the charity, this new role will evaluate and develop the current regular giving and one-off giving programmes
- the Individual Giving Manager will enjoy the challenge of motivating people to help grow the Forest for the benefit of the environment, wildlife and people
- you will also have a good understanding of supporter recruitment and retention techniques and the skills and creativity to deliver a great supporter experience, assisted by collecting relevant feedback from Forest supporters
- this is an exciting opportunity to join a small, passionate team to influence and deliver a strategy to grow a sustainable individual giving programme, using your own experience and new innovative ideas
- you will also have the opportunity to help support other areas of fundraising including supporter events and building relationships with supporters in person and over the phone
