Responsibility

  • handling all initial parental queries on invoices, including the generating of duplicate invoices
  • ensuring that information is produced on the database where necessary
  • processing payments by Credit/Debit Card when requested by parents by telephone, on line or in person
  • liaising with the School Offices about chargeable activities such as clubs, peripatetic music or SEN support
  • processing School Fee Plan collections when requested by parents
  • processing Local Authority Grant schemes where relevant
  • checking any discounts, scholarships and bursaries as advised termly by the Group Bursar
  • processing employer childcare grant schemes where relevant
