Responsibility
- to maintain clinic records in an accurate and secure manner
- ensure correspondence, reports, etc. are filed electronically in correct patient record
- you will also be expected to carry out any reasonable duties, which may be requested from time-to-time
- accept payment and issuing receipts when necessary
- to provide cover for members of the reception / administration team during periods of sickness and annual leave
- set-up of new patients onto the specialised CRM computer system
- sending away hearing aid repairs when necessary
- re-stocking of office forms and information packs, as appropriate
