- we are currently recruiting for a store manager for our Health Store based in the market town of Devizes in Wiltshire
- identifying New Markets
- this is a new position which will involve initially working with the current owner
- identifying new products and growth areas
- the main objective allowing the owner to step away from the day to day running of the business
Requirements
- an ability to demonstrate advanced product knowledge
- you must be able to stand for a minimum of 6-8 hours
- growth mind-set to take on more responsibility
- the work requires lifting
- mathematical skills for monitoring profitability and financial performance
- the shop is based over 3 flights of stairs
- management of inventory
- good knowledge of regulatory, Health & Safety Policy
