  • JOB TITLE: Caretaker
  • REPORTS TO: Headteacher
  • LOCATIONS. To support four primary schools
  • JOB PURPOSE: To be responsible for the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, ensuring a safe environment
  • 11. To undertake regular health and safety checks of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, and equipment, in line with other schedules
  • to arrange regular maintenance and safety checks
  • 13. To monitor the work of and manage cleaning staff
  • to arrange emergency repairs
