Requirements
- managing or assisting in the management of a green estate or other managed landscape environment, including property and tree management
- managing green estate capital projects and budgets
- managing external estate contractors and consultants
- understanding and communicating technical information relating to land and property
- working as part of a team
- essential: Educated to A-level or equivalent standard
- working with the public and stakegholders
- optional: qualification in a landscaping, green estate or other relevant subject or an interest in undertaking training in these areas
Responsibility
- assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements and maintenance/inspections of the
- PURPOSE: Works with the Head of Estates to manage the Trust’s historic planned estate, with particular responsibility for the green estate
- REPORTS TO: Head of Estates
- DIRECT REPORTS : None
- prepare paperwork for the Estate Committee and take minutes at evening committee meetings
- undertake other relevant duties as instructed by the Head of Estates
