- opening/closing duties
- managing shifts and staff to ensure that our high standards are being maintained throughout the day
- maintaining records and following food safety procedures
- serving customers with a friendly high level of service - from making coffee/drinks to serving food
- keeping the shelves and stock levels tidy/full
- maintaining the over cleanliness of the cafe
- to have an in-depth understanding of our menu and all the correct methods of production and service
- to ensure the smooth running of the days service, from making sure that dishes are going out to a high quality of ingredients, taste and presentation, to making sure that wait times are reasonable and the team is working in a friendly and efficient way
