- support and manage the delivery of the overall marketing strategy and tactics as set out by the CMO
- project manage the execution of various different strategic goals at any one time

- set and work within campaign budgets and ensure that all projects are delivered perfectly as well as on time and budget
- at The Growth Foundation, we work with incredible growing brands; from sportswear to sofas, cosmetics to NFTs. By working directly with the founders, we are right at the heart of things and can make a real difference to what they do
- this will be specifically in the affiliate channel, using tactics and strategies which you’ll take responsibility for designing and implementing
Requirements
- you are entrepreneurial, creative, innovative with the ability to see the bigger picture
- you possess the ability to copywrite, following strict brand and TOV documents
- proven experience in leading a Social/Marketing strategy with large budgets in-house
- you are able to self-manage and organise, given competing deadlines and priorities
- experience working in a fast-growing D2C brand
- strong understanding of performance marketing whilst also having a very good understanding of brand marketing
