Responsibility
- carrying out first and second fixes in Bathroom pods and Modular pods, using 16mm pipe
- pressure testing plumbing systems to ensure all is working efficiently
- report all quality/design problems to Production Supervisors
- working to set targets to meet production schedules
- ensure that all works are manufactured in accordance with drawings and specifications
- ensure housekeeping standards are kept at the level required
- ensure all works are carried out in accordance with quality systems and checks
- ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation in addition to Risk Assessment and Procedures
Requirements
- previous experience as a plumber at a professional level
- awareness of systems for electrical boilers
- ability to work with 16mm pipe and crimpers
- ability to pre-construct pipework from blueprints
- high level of attention to detail
- strong team player
- ability to take direction and to ask questions if unsure
- plumbing: 2 years
