Requirements

  • ability to work effectively with a variety of customers and enjoys the challenge of any time-sensitive problem-solving
  • excellent levels of communication with colleagues and customers
  • excellent organisational and written skills
  • excellent attention to detail, timekeeping, IT and good reporting skills
  • excellent levels of customer service. Clear and well-spoken and friendly yet efficient
  • previous experience in a senior customer service role with the ability to lead a team
  • previous experience with customer CRM tools, and e-commerce order processing systems
  • experience and knowledge of Wine/Spirits - WSET Level 2 preferred

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Responsibility

  • maintain and regularly update Customer Service documentation
  • liaise with the team and other departments i.e. warehouse and stock control services
