Responsibility

  • allocation of claim cases within agreed time to members of the team, ensuring all details are understood
  • ensuring all claims are kept on track across the business and monitoring progress until satisfactory conclusion
  • flag urgent cases to relevant parties including vulnerable cases
  • communication with other departments to address queries
  • ensuring any client communication is addressed within agreed timescale
  • managing queries from the team
  • day to day running of the team including team management and ultimate responsibility for claims/cases coming in to the business
  • take a proactive approach in dealing with customer feedback along with handling complex concerns
