Responsibility
- assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
- ensuring the proper disposal of waste and adhering to health and safety regulations
- supporting the kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or washing ingredients
- assisting with stock organization and rotation
- collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and organized working environment
- supporting other kitchen staff during busy periods or as assigned by the Head Chef
Requirements
- basic understanding of food hygiene practices and health and safety regulations
- strong ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Education
- minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role, with a proven track record of success
