Responsibility

  • ensuring the highest quality of service to customers and other staff
  • enforcing alcohol licensing standards when required - Challenge 25
  • the Exchange is an independent tea parlour and tapas restaurant in the heart of March and we are looking for an experienced waitress to supervise our team in the Restaurant
  • the working week is Thursday to Saturday evenings and this position offers accommodation if required, pension, 28 days holiday pro rata and staff discount
  • health & Safety, cleanliness and hygiene: ensuring company and regulatory compliance for all areas
  • documenting and reporting: ensuring all documents are adhered to and completed as required
