- we support Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health & other associated disabilities
- the Glenmore Trust is a local organisation “Enabling people to achieve a life of their choosing”
- this does not apply to any other staff group
- the Glenmore Trust is a long established organisation and some 30+ years later we are still going strong
- to assist with recruitment and retention, from 1st July 2022, any Support staff travelling more than 10 miles from home to Penrith services as part of their normal commute will be paid and additional hour to compensate for their travel time to and from these services
- payments will be made at the usual hourly rate and shall be paid as part of usual monthly salary, subject to the usual Tax and National Insurance contributions
- from 1st October 2022 the Glenmore Trust is introducing a new approach specifically to aid the recruitment of new Support Workers for Penrith and Eden services
