- regularly checking on orders and communicating with the customers to advise them how their order is progressing
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- an excellent eye for detail with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- confident telephone manor, you will not be cold calling just receiving calls from customers
- A can-do attitude
- an excellent communicator. You should have a great way with people both verbally and written
- reliable and proactive to completing those extra-mile jobs where the detail makes all the difference
