  • all staff must have a high level of personal hygiene and be responsible for company provided clothing
  • all kitchen staff must hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate or be willing to get one
  • temperature logs are to be maintained and kept up to date
  • keeping control of stock to prevent spoiling or running out
  • A willingness to help others/ front of house staff and flexibility is always appreciated as we are a small team
  • the kitchen is to be clean and tidy and left ready for the next day at the end of each shift
  • the rear courtyard is heavily used by kitchen staff, as such this is the kitchen's responsibility to keep clean and tidy
