- minimum Level 3 Early Childhood qualification is essential
- childcare experience minimum 3 years. Under 2's childcare experience minimum of 1 year
- previous room leader experience preferred
- 40 hours per week. Permanent. All Year round
- working Monday – Friday, between 8am-6pm
- we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator/Room Leader for our exclusive baby room . You will be required to lead a room of up to 9 babies and 2 other staff members on a daily basis
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- childcare Qualification level 3 or above is essential
- previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- A patient, caring, and nurturing attitude towards children
- first Aid and CPR certification
