- resource work using Paprika project management system
- team members must treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of seniority and background
- all team members must work together to create a fair and equitable environment
- using the editorial content calendar, coordinate detailed daily bookings for each team member, keeping abreast of changes and content specifics
- run weekly production meetings to manage live work schedules and project progress
- work with the management to assign team members to briefs where necessary
- we are a multi-disciplinary team, but The Future Laboratory has a set of expectations that apply to all team members regardless of role and seniority
- establish oversight of all team member schedules and match demand to capacity using your understanding of each team member’s experience, skills, and specialisms
Requirements
- highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- ability to effectively line manage juniors
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business
- process-driven and solutions-oriented
- curious, proactive, empathetic, ambitious, calm and friendly
- training gained from a project management course is a plus
