working within a fast paced customer service environment our advisors main responsibility is to deliver a 5 star experience to all our customers, resulting in a customer for life. Your duties will include
managing and processing all orders received through our website, eBay and Amazon
updating listings on eBay and Amazon and helping with written content for our website

warehousing experience is adventageous, however not essential as full training will be given
load and unload 3.5tonne lo loader vehicles despatch/return
ability to use and undestand picking lists

general warehousing duties and housekeeping
experience of driving a 3.5tonne luton or sprinter is advantageous
manual handling - must be physically fit and be able to lift boxes
team work skills are essential, whilst also having the ability to work alone
furniture assembly skills adventageous - however not essential as training will be given
must be flexible and work outside of normal working hours if required
early morning starts are a requirement of this position - should you be required to go delivering furniture around the UK
you must be able to work well under pressure and to timed deadline in a fast paced environment
