taking and chasing wholesale client orders via email and telephone
raising accurate quotes for orders
actively contacting, building and maintaining relationships with all clients
liaising with operations and logistics teams
following the correct process and procedure for new client paperwork
keeping client database up to date with all information
responding to and initiating email and telephone dialogue/enquiries regarding products, pricing and availability
general Filing and organising paperwork and forms
Requirements
administration: 1 year
we are looking for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and some HR knowledge to join our office team as an Office Administrator
this role is integral to our day to day organisation, people orientated, and will be the first point of contact for our clients through ordering and general wholesale and retail enquiries
the successful candidate will take extra care to ensure all aspects of the role are thoroughly covered, taking into consideration each client’s individual needs, and be focussed on driving the business’ success, through both existing and new clients in proactive and innovative ways
