Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for verifying the identify and age of customers, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  • we are looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Verification Advisor to play a crucial role in ensuring our customers meet the necessary requirements for Gambling activities
  • we are looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Experience Advisor to provide our Customers with a great customer experience via live chat and email, in relation to our Sports and Casino products
  • you must have previous experience of working within a Betting Environment, with a keen interest or knowledge of Sports and Casino products
  • weekend hours will be between 12:00 - 22:00
  • you must be able to travel to the office, as the induction & training will be at the office, 55 Charnock Road, Liverpool, L9 7ET
  • you must be flexible with your hours of work, as this role will be working 15 hours per week on 2 rotational shift patterns covering the hours of 19:00 & 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 18:00 - 22:00 every other Friday
