Responsibility
- we are now recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our supportive Frank's family in the Newcastle area
- greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- help customers with queries either general or sales related
- assist customers to find the product they are looking for whilst making suggestions and giving advice
- maintain the sales floor presentation

- ensure all stock is arranged correctly and presented well

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- confident
- friendly and engaging personality
- flooring experience preffered but not essential
- helpful and polite
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
